I kept the promise that I TEXTED a lot of you last night:
2morrow morning at Daybreak I'll be surfing and faking that I'm cool like a 6 year old faking that he's been swept away in a balloon. Luv the Lil' Fucker! F' CNN.
For those of you that watched any of the news yesterday hope you get this one and it brought a smile to your face.
Hit the waves in a Kayak this morning and met up with my friends Art, Tal, and Tanya who were out on their PaddleBoards. Had a blast surfing the waves and trying my long-desired dream of being a Water Photographer.
Still quite the amateur. I especially realized this when I finally got a good Pic of Tanya charging it only to realize Oh Shit, this onés gonna hurt.
GOT WORKED!
But it was all worth it for the Photo. Glad to take one for the team.
Nex time I'm gonna take Art and Tal's advice and achor the Yak down to the reef first, then swim out to the impact zone for better Close Ups and less chance of getting the REEF RASH like I did this morning. Also, will be able to tow my Longboard behind me and score some good ones myself. What can I say, everyday's a learning experience here.
